Clearly, Queerly, Connected

This professional development retreat is designed for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, gender-fluid, and gender non-conforming educators and administrators. Together, we will explore how our identities shape and strengthen our work, while sharpening the tools we need for professional success, sustainability, and leadership.

This retreat creates space to reflect on our place in the field of education and to prepare ourselves to meet current and future challenges. Through storytelling, collective wisdom, and practical strategies, we will strengthen our capacity to thrive as LGBTQ+ leaders.
In a world that is often unpredictable, this gathering offers a supportive professional network committed to growth, empowerment, and resilience.

The retreat begins with dinner at 7pm on Friday, followed by an opening session.
Sessions will run from 9am to 10pm on Saturday, and 9am-12pm on Sunday.
Participants are expected at all sessions.
