Understanding that women of color face unique joys and challenges in the field of education, this retreat was designed specifically with you in mind!  Retreat guests will have an opportunity to deepen their passion and skills as educators while sharing in the collective wisdom of the group.  What drives us to be educators and leaders, and what skills and resources will we need to meet the challenges of today's professional world as women of color? 

The retreat schedule will from 7pm on Friday, April 25 through 12pm on Sunday, April 27.
